We are pleased to announce that Darton Law have been awarded Cyber Essential Plus certification.
Cyber Essentials is a simple but effective, government backed scheme that will help us to protect our organisation, against a whole range of the most common cyber-attacks.
There is the option to either get the basis accreditation or the Plus. Having considered both, the firm decided to go for the advanced Cyber Essential Plus as this involved an auditor physically assessing all aspects of the firms IT infrastructure, including simulating cyber-attacks.
There are five controls which set the framework for compliance, and we are pleased to say that we have passed all aspects of Cyber Essentials plus and can now display the logo to demonstrate this.
In addition, the firm continues to hold Lexcel accreditation, a scheme managed by the Law Society. This is a firm wide audit of policies, practice and procedure.
